Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Communications Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and editing high-quality digital communications that effectively convey our brand message and engage our audience. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write and edit compelling digital communication materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and web content.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing and Social Media teams to align messaging, ensuring a cohesive voice and strategy across all digital channels.
  • Content Management: Oversee and manage the USTA Coaching content calendar, scheduling and planning content publication to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of digital communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital communications, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital communications, content creation, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and social media teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
