We specialize in formulating, producing and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.If you’re passionate about optimizing ecommerce funnels, increasing conversion rates, and driving measurable revenue growth through smart, data-backed strategies, this is the opportunity for you.This is a managerial position where you will lead a team of 5-6 different specialists.What You’ll Be DoingYou will lead all of Happy Mammoth’s Conversion Rate Optimization efforts across Shopify stores, landing pages, sales funnels, quizzes, and special campaign assets (like Black Friday and Valentine’s Day launches).You’ll be responsible for both strategy and execution – working hands-on with our developers and designers to bring ideas to life and optimize the entire customer journey.Conversion Rate Optimization and Growth Strategy

  • Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to identify friction points and prioritize optimization initiatives.
  • Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to increase conversion rates across landing pages, product pages, quizzes, checkout flows, and upsells.
  • Lead optimization projects to improve the CR of our Shopify stores, sales funnels, and newly launched campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to increase AOV.

Asset Development for Acquisition and Campaigns

  • Plan, develop, and optimize new acquisition assets such as quizzes, landing pages, and special product launch pages.
  • Work closely with the development and design teams to build high-converting, fast-loading ecommerce experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team during product launches and peak sales periods to maximize performance.

Execution and Team Collaboration

  • Translate insights into clear action plans for developers and designers.
  • Ensure all pages and funnels are mobile-optimized, user-friendly, fast, and designed for high conversion.
  • Track key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and page speed to ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in CRO, ecommerce optimization, or digital growth roles
  • Deep knowledge of user behavior analysis, funnel building, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce tech stacks
  • Project management skills — able to run and communicate projects smoothly across teams
  • A strategic and data-driven mindset with a love for experimentation
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a passion for ownership
  • Bonus points for experience in high-growth DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands
