In this position, you will join forces with a dynamic, first-rate team of B2B Marketing professionals, to support key aspects of marketing and communications targeting our dealer audience.A typical work week will consist of a combination of aiding in the production of marketing materials, collecting and/or validating data and trends, communicating with vendors and partners, assisting with the creation of sales, marketing and/or advertising materials, managing daily administrative tasks, and delivering effective talk tracks to position the company’s products and services, (to name a few). You will work closely across the B2B Marketing team to establish and maintain synergy and effective communication with other business areas, including colleagues in Product, Development and Sales. As a bonus, you will be provided with ample opportunity to learn, grow and gain valuable first-hand marketing experience, including gaining a firm handle on processes, platforms, methods and software customarily leveraged across the marketing and communications function within the business.If you’re keen to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge gained through your educational endeavours, and to see, first-hand, exactly how what you learned comes to life in the real world – this exceptional opportunity is the right fit for you!Responsibilities– Aid in the creation of marketing and sales materials – including, but not limited to: sales enablement tools, print materials, and digital advertisements – through collaboration with Content Marketing Specialist and Creative Lead to deliver impactful and meaningful material to our frontline Sales team.– Collect and/or validate data to layer into unique selling messaging, value/unique selling propositions, narratives and/or storytelling.– Routinely communicate with vendors and partners, including agency contacts, software/platform success managers, and so forth.– Learn new processes, platforms, methods, and software customarily leveraged across the marketing / communications function within the business.– Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct in-depth market research and present findings to colleagues within the team.– Manage daily administrative tasks, including, but not limited to general oversight of marketing and communication trackers/calendars.Job Requirements– Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent (current or completed).– Well-versed with Microsoft Office productivity tools, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).– Sound organizational and time management proficiencies, with an innate “can do” and “go getter” attitude.– Strong knowledge of marketing principles and theories, with ability to apply to day-to-day work.– Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new processes, software, and platforms.– Ability to multi-task and prioritize, both independently and as part of a team.– Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills.– Bilingual (French and English) is a bonus, however, not essential.
