  • Recruiting top talent for campus/new grad/co-op positions across Canada
  • Act as a secondary support for our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of campus operational processes
  • Assist the screening of campus applications across Canada
  • Reviewing and assessing large volumes of digital interviews
  • Act as a point of contact for local campus teams for various recruiting inquiries across Canada
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (digital and in-person) with hiring managers across Canada
  • Respond to student email inquiries before, during, and after the recruitment process
  • Manage candidates through the interview and offer process
  • Distribute campus postings to local campus teams
  • Assist with formatting job postings
  • Support a high performing Talent Attraction Campus Team

Social Media

  • Assist with content creation on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for campus marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the ideation process, contributing to the generation of fresh and engaging ideas for social media campaigns

Event planning & logistics

  • Connect with career centres at schools across Canada to create contact lists, collect relevant information, and ship collateral as required
  • Assist local team members across Canada in assessing materials needed for recruiting events
  • Participate in selected campus recruiting events (in-person & virtual), including assisting with behind-the-scenes event logistics
  • Research and recommend vendors for event related needs
  • Coordinate event logistics including booking facilities & planning
  • Create and track lists of campaign participants based on location and event
  • Assist in the ideation process, contributing to the generation of fresh and engaging ideas for campus collateral and events
  • Maintain inventory of campus collateral
  • Create and distribute email templates and surveys
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials for campus interviewing across Canada

  • Completed university degree or college diploma
  • 1+ year of professional work experience
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and collaborate with the team
  • Flexible in approach to tasks/projects and able to quickly shift focus and priorities when needed
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Build rapport with people so that you can have honest conversations that are needed to help achieve our campus recruitment objectives
  • Experience with Taleo, ON24, and MS Teams considered an asset
  • Familiar with Social Media platforms (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Client service mindset
