Job Description: Outreach and Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Outreach and Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting upliftED initiatives through strategic outreach, educational programs, and marketing efforts. This position is focused on raising awareness about college opportunities via digital platforms and facilitating events designed to enhance enrollment and ensure program success.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Outreach Coordination: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage prospective students and community partners. Act as a liaison between the program and external stakeholders, fostering relationships to enhance visibility and support.

Educational Programs: Collaborate with team members to create and deliver educational content aimed at increasing awareness of college resources and opportunities.

Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, to promote enrollment and highlight program successes. Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of these campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Social Media Management: Manage and curate upliftED’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement. Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences to drive interaction and interest.

Event Facilitation: Plan and coordinate events such as workshops, informational sessions, and community outreach programs that promote program visibility and support enrollment efforts. Manage logistics and ensure effective attendance and engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align outreach and marketing strategies with institutional goals. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall effectiveness.

Reporting: Monitor and report on outreach and marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outreach, marketing, or education programs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for promoting educational opportunities and supporting student success.
