Job description: What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator, North America, within our Cross-Border division for our Toronto office. In this role, you will support marketing initiatives across North America, focusing on digital media, social platforms, event logistics, and internal communications. You will report directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager and regularly collaborate with the North American marketing team and other regional teams.The salary range for this position is between $45,000 CAD – $47,000 CAD.

Formal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:
Supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives across North America
Coordinating logistics for trade shows and vendor events
Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
Creating and editing marketing materials with light graphic design
Managing digital assets and marketing tools such as HubSpot
Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports
Maintaining organized records and documentation
Supporting cross-regional marketing collaborationQualifications & SkillsWe do not provide work visas
1-3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the financial services industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with digital media and marketing platforms
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
