We are seeking a dedicated Turnover Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in managing product transitions and ensuring seamless operations during turnover periods. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for driving sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the turnover process, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient product transitions.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and increased profitability.
• Develop and implement turnover plans to minimize downtime and optimize inventory management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies during turnover periods to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Skills and Qualifications:
