Global leader in consumer beauty, COTY, is offering a paid marketing internship in Toronto for a 1-year contract working with iconic brands CoverGirl and Rimmel London. Reporting to the Consumer Beauty Marketing Manager, the intern will contribute to marketing efforts for these global brands.
Job Description

Position: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and management team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff and management team
– Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed
– Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with special projects and events as requested
– Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
