Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day legal advice and counsel on a wide range of business matters, with a particular focus on development, sales, marketing, and consumer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Guidance: Offer expert legal counsel to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all marketing and sales initiatives.
• Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate marketing and sales agreements with third-party developers and external sellers to protect the company’s interests and foster successful partnerships.
• Ongoing Support: Provide continuous legal support and advice on marketing strategies, sales frameworks, and consumer protection issues, addressing potential risks and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business practices and decision-making processes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal issues and proactively offer solutions to mitigate risks in marketing and sales operations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a valid license to practice law.
• Proven experience in corporate legal matters, particularly in marketing, sales, and consumer issues.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of drafting and managing contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively across teams.
