This is a mid-to-senior-level role that requires a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of brand systems, and the ability to execute across platforms in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Contact Bobbi Miner-Neal at or submit your resume in confidence below.DescriptionLead the creative development and execution of brand-aligned assets across multiple platforms: digital, print, video, social media, and retail environments.Translate marketing briefs and campaign concepts into engaging and impactful design solutions.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development.Proactively contribute new creative ideas and innovative approaches to brand storytelling.Adapt existing campaigns for various formats and placements.Produce detailed project specs and maintain high standards for layout, typography, color, and branding.Manage internal and external deadlines to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.Support additional design needs such as presentations, signage, website visuals, and other branded content.Requirements4-6+ years of hands-on graphic and video design experience in a fast-paced environment (in-house or agency).Demonstrated success in brand development and execution across platforms.Experience with food service, retail, or QSR (quick-service restaurant) brands is a strong asset.Portfolio that showcases a range of creative executions across media types.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).Strong knowledge of print production, digital specs, and asset optimization.Photo retouching and image manipulation skills.Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus.Photography and motion graphic skills are considered strong assets.Experience working on international creative campaigns is a bonus.A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and strong conceptual skills.A team player with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication; additional language proficiency is an asset.Passion for creativity and continuous learning-staying ahead of trends, tools, and best practices.A hands-on mindset, with the ability to work independently and deliver polished, on-brand results.Based in a hybrid environment, combining office and on-site brand locations as required.Some travel may be necessary.May occasionally require working outside of standard business hours to accommodate project timelines or international business needs.Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Corporate CultureThis is more than just a job-it’s a chance to be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team driving the growth of well-loved Canadian brands.
