Job Description: Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing Communications and the Manager of Marketing. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create diverse marketing materials, including but not limited to social media content, internet and intranet updates, and email campaigns.
• Assist in the design and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand voice and messaging, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement across various platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas and approaches to our marketing strategies.
• Support the development of printed materials, presentations, and other creative assets as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and graphic design software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
