Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced demand generation marketer who is able to expertly identify the right messaging, channels, and media to capture existing demand, generate new interest, and grow pipeline. This person should be able to weave strategies that generate not just leads, but a loyal fanbase. Someone who is just as comfortable planning as they are executing campaigns, with a passion for driving results through relevant online and offline channels like digital advertising, events, paid social, and email nurture.
What you will be doing:
As a the Demand Generation Manager at Creyos, you will:
- Create and capture quality demand across all of our key segments to generate new sales pipe and revenue expansion opportunities amongst our existing customer base
- Define strategy and drive the execution of marketing programs to acquire new SALs and bolster existing customer product adoption and renewal
- Partner with stakeholders on the marketing team and external agencies to strategize and execute demand gen programs across a variety of channels (paid digital, paid social, email, events, website etc.)
- Roll up your sleeves to develop campaign assets and workflows to help guide contacts down funnel and nurture them towards sales readiness and/or upgrade / expansion (i.e. landing pages, email copy, Hubspot workflows, Outreach sequences)
- Evaluate campaign performance, and objectively measure it across all stages of the customer journey.
- Bring a natural curiosity to champion testing and learning across different programs including creative, copy, audience segments, timing, and channel mix
The skills and experience we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience managing and driving demand in a B2B SaaS organization
- Proven track record of responsibly turning marketing dollars into delighted customers
- A knack for multi-channel storytelling that captivates and converts
- Previous experience creating both online and offline marketing programs to drive revenue outcomes
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop strategy and see that through to execution
- Highly analytical in nature with a proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data and identify trends to extract key findings and turn them into actionable insights
- Well-versed with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce); web analytics software (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), and CMS (HubSpot)

Title: Service Desk Analyst

Salary: £14.70 – £18.22 per hour
Description:
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk Team at Surrey County Council. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first line support to users, resolving IT issues and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate teams. You will also be required to assist with setting up new users, maintaining IT equipment, and following ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from users, logging IT issues and resolving them within agreed service levels
– Providing excellent customer service and technical support to users
– Assisting with the set up and configuration of IT equipment for new users
– Maintaining accurate records of IT incidents and service requests using the IT Service Management tool
– Escalating complex issues to senior members of the support team or other IT teams as required
– Following ITIL processes and procedures
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a service desk or IT support role
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Good knowledge of IT hardware and Microsoft applications
– Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
– ITIL Foundation certification is desirable
