Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring the safety and functionality of all residential units. The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner and assisting with after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
– Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
– Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Strong communication and customer service skills
