About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you have an opportunity, to bring your energy, innovative approach, and creativity to help bring the best medicines to patients. You will also be able to learn more about the exciting and dynamic world of the pharma industry as you will support various business functions within our Customer Operations Team, particularly our Business Integrity Office (BIO), Meeting Planning (MP) Team. You will gain practical experience in event coordination, logistics, and project management within a dynamic professional environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional peers and external customers (Health Care Professionals) to ensure each event is executed flawlessly and compliantly.
As a Customer Operations Intern you will:

  • Provide support to the Meeting Planning team and Meeting Owners in the planning and execution of meetings attended primarily by Health Care Professionals (HCP) e.g., Advisory Board Meetings, Consultancy Meetings
  • Have the possibility of travelling within Canada to provide onsite support at the meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences to both internal business partners (cross-functional teams such as Marketing & Medical) and external Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through end-to-end coordination & execution of the contracting process.
  • Review applications for sponsorship of independent meetings and activities for compliance with policy, ensure appropriate archiving of relevant documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to optimize processes and assist with the design, updates and improvements of our Sharepoint /Teams sites.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Operations team and lead and/or provide support on projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Lead team meetings, provide reports for periodic departmental updates, as well as updates to business units and other partners.

Job Description

Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

Our client, a leading company in the marketing industry, is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in the planning and execution of various marketing projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
– Coordinate and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches
– Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
