Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Merchandising & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing product presentation, driving marketing initiatives, and fostering positive relationships with associates to improve retention and training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandising:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with store standards.
  • Monitor product displays to ensure they are appealing, organized, and in line with marketing campaigns.

• Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend innovative marketing strategies.

• Associate Retention:

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages associate engagement and satisfaction.
  • Measure retention rates and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with management to implement solutions.

• Associate Training:

  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing associate performance and product knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new hires and existing team members.

• Recommendations:

  • Gather insights from sales data and team feedback to prepare actionable recommendations for store management.
  • Present findings and strategies to enhance overall store performance and associate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in merchandising, marketing, or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for retail and a keen eye for detail.
