Job description: Target Start Date: September 29, 20256 Month Contract, Full-time HoursRole SummaryGreentank is looking for a Customization Project Coordinator! This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension, or permanent spot. This is a great opportunity for a co-op student, or recent grad looking to begin their careers in project coordination. The Customization Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful workflow of each custom project lifecycle from design to manufacturing.Role ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

  • Coordinate custom project flow by liaising with the sales/marketing departments, and the industrial design teams to identify and define customization requirements, scope, and objectives of projects
  • Set-up and lead meetings with key stakeholders to plan upcoming projects, documenting timelines and actions needed from each department
  • Utilizing

, initiate and maintain the project process tracker, ensuring sampling requests are issued on time and are being fulfilled within targeted timelines * Closely monitor all custom project lifecycles, ensuring smooth transitions between stages and actions are well-defined and communicated to each stakeholder

  • Troubleshoot and provide corrective action when deviations from the project timeline and tasks arise
  • Maintain regular communication with the internal team, external team, and the GT Grand factory and team by initiating, managing, and closing custom projects

Client Approvals

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors to ensure the customization designs are feasible, and the virtual and physical samples match the custom design requirements
  • Submit the “Approval form” through DocuSign to close each custom project

Sampling & Digital SKU Inventory

  • Complete dieline specification sheets for each sample
  • Check and identify golden samples
  • Review and approve boundary samples
  • Send out sample approval notifications and sign-off on boundary samples when needed
  • Prepare sample shipments
  • Create SKUs in Netsuite and maintain the accuracy of data
  • Update SKUs as per change requirement
  • Review and approve sample fees
  • Other duties as assigned

RequirementsFormal Education or Equivalent

  • Pursuing or obtained a post-secondary credential

Years of Experience

  • At least 1 year project coordination experience, either through work experience or school
  • R&D and manufacturing industry experience is an asset
