Job Title: Finance Intermediary

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Intermediary to serve as a crucial link between the Finance department and other key divisions, including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. This role will focus on enhancing collaboration, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of communication and information exchange between Finance and other departments, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Tax to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices, contributing to risk management and financial integrity.
• Work closely with Revenue Management to analyze data trends and financial forecasts, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with the Marketing team to align budgeting and resource allocation with promotional activities and campaigns, fostering a data-driven approach to marketing investments.
• Facilitate the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, emphasizing the integration of technology to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Play an active role in advancing connected Power BI reporting processes, leveraging Snowflake for data management and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience with financial reporting tools, particularly Power BI and Snowflake.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and digital transformation within finance and operational functions.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
