Job Title: Finance Intermediary

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intermediary to serve as a critical link between the Finance department and other key areas of the organization, including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. In this role, you will facilitate collaboration and communication to drive efficiency and effectiveness across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and other departments, ensuring alignment and understanding of financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Tax teams to ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvements in financial reporting and controls.
• Partner with the Revenue Management team to analyze financial data, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the Marketing department to evaluate the financial impact of promotional strategies and campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and optimizing ROI.
• Lead initiatives in Digital Transformation, leveraging technology and data analytics to improve reporting processes and financial visibility.
• Play a pivotal role in advancing the integration of Snowflake connected to PowerBI, enhancing data accessibility and visualization for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a finance-related role, with a solid understanding of cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with digital transformation projects, particularly involving data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Snowflake.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
