Our AI-powered Accounting and Financial Management solution, Sage Intacct, is rapidly expanding in the Canadian market – yet we’ve only scratched the surface of its full potential.In this role, you’ll plan, coordinate, execute, and support optimization of multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns – such as email marketing, webinars, events, third-party association advertising and other digital channels – to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth. You’ll be part of a collaborative performance marketing team and work closely with our broader North America Performance Marketing teams, as well as Product Marketing and Sales. You’ll need to be analytical, organized, and known for your strong cross-functional collaboration and effective communication skills.If you understand how to move prospects through the funnel – from TOFU to BOFU – and thrive in a hands-on, performance-focused marketing environment, this could be your next opportunity. You’ll also gain valuable experience in measuring campaign effectiveness and making data-driven decisions that drive results.Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Toronto office.Minimum Qualifications – Is this you?
- 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience executing integrated demand generations campaigns across multiple channels.
- You basic understand how to move prospects through the full funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and tracking pipeline performance (such as MQLs/SQOs).
- Proficient using Salesforce and marketing automation tools to execute and track campaigns.
- Confident writing content briefs and repurposing messaging across formats such as email, blog posts, and LinkedIn.
- You utilize your strong project management and collaborative skills and known for being organized and getting things done across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset – with a focus on measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on data.
Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, webinars, events, third-party promotions, and digital channels).
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to align campaign strategy, messaging, and target segments.
- Write creative briefs and repurpose existing content for use across formats.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance data and recommend optimizations based on KPIs (like MQLs, SQOs, conversion rates, and pipeline impact) to optimize results.
- Collaborate with SDRs to support follow-up strategy and lead handoff processes.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$70,000 to C$85,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs.
