Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines elements of sales, creative strategy, marketing, and staffing, allowing you to leverage your diverse skill set in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in driving business growth across various projects, ranging from direct placements and contract-to-perm arrangements to contract (project) collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Creative Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.

• Marketing Execution:

  • Implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future initiatives.

• Staffing Coordination:

  • Assist in identifying staffing needs and managing the recruitment process for short-term and long-term placements.
  • Work closely with project teams to understand staffing requirements and ensure optimal talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong creative skills and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with staffing processes and project management is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Employment Type:
This position may be offered on a direct, contract-to-perm, or contract (project) basis.
