Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
• Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential areas for growth.
• Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand messaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in a leadership role.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
