Join our dedicated team at Devereux as a Development and Fundraising Coordinator, where you will play a key role in building relationships with targeted donors through strategic marketing initiatives and engagement efforts. You will be responsible for planning and executing successful fundraising events that align with our mission and amplify our outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at cultivating donor relationships.
• Identify and engage potential donors through targeted outreach efforts.
• Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events to drive financial support for Devereux.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote events and strengthen community connections.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of fundraising efforts to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or donor relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for our mission at Devereux.
