Job Title: Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Devereux. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging targeted donors through strategic marketing and relationship-building efforts. You will be responsible for planning and executing innovative fundraising events that enhance our outreach and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential donors and enhance donor engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors to foster long-term connections and support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, ensuring alignment with Devereux’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our mission and impact.
• Track and analyze fundraising metrics to evaluate event success and refine future strategies.
• Serve as a representative of Devereux at public events and community functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Development, Communications, Marketing/Public Relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, marketing, or donor relations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and donor management software is a plus.
