Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Devereux. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in engaging with targeted donors through strategic marketing initiatives and relationship-building efforts. You will be responsible for planning and executing impactful fundraising events that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage potential donors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events that foster community engagement and drive donor participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight Devereux’s mission and impact.
• Track and analyze fundraising efforts to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in fundraising or donor relations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
