Job Title: Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator at Devereux. In this role, you will be instrumental in engaging targeted donors through strategic marketing initiatives and relationship-building efforts. You will plan and execute dynamic fundraising events that resonate with our mission and support our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract and retain donors.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and current donors.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, including logistics, promotions, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance outreach and engagement.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and fundraising events to optimize future activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development, Communications, Marketing/Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related area.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
