Appliance Delivery Driver

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver and install appliances to customers’ homes in a safe and timely manner
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
3. Accurately complete delivery and installation paperwork
4. Ensure proper handling and care of merchandise during transportation and installation
5. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the road and at customers’ homes
6. Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and routes
7. Perform basic maintenance on delivery vehicles as needed

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
2. Previous experience in appliance delivery and installation is preferred
3. Ability to lift and move heavy appliances with the assistance of a hand truck or dolly
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation
6. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for vehicle operation and on-site work
7. Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery schedules and occasional overtime work
