Our Canadian team, based in Montreal and Toronto, supports clients across banking, insurance, retail, and technology sectors, helping them leverage analytics and technology to make informed strategic decisions.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimize Adobe Analytics dashboards for multiple business units and stakeholders.Ensure data quality through continuous validation and monitoring of analytics implementations.Investigate and resolve tracking anomalies, collaborating with technical teams to deliver fixes impacting reporting accuracy.Provide tracking strategies and measurement plans to support analytics needs across Canadian and U.S. sites.Manage Adobe Analytics user access and onboarding for internal teams.Perform deep-dive analyses in clickstream and other datasets to uncover insights beyond standard reporting.Deliver omnichannel insights by combining digital analytics with client/customer data sources.Collaborate with marketing, retail, and business teams to align analytics deliverables with strategic goals.Manage timelines and priorities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality analytics solutions.QualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in digital analytics, with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics.Solid understanding of web analytics implementations, tracking strategy, and data validation.Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Adobe Workspace, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Pointillist.Experience with clickstream analysis and omnichannel reporting.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations.Bilingual proficiency (English required, French an asset).Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (marketing, data, and IT).Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Google Analytics certification or equivalent is an asset.Knowledge of Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
