The Digital Shared Services group provides online/digital marketing services and solutions, with a primary focus of increasing engagement on the PwC Canada website (www.pwc.com/ca) and email campaigns sent using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Meaningful work you’ll be part ofAs a Digital Chanel Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Execution of online/digital marketing strategy for respective Hot Topic, service, industry and/or segment and overall online channelsMaintaining stakeholder relationships and relevant Hot Topic, service, industry, and segment pages on the PwC Canada Website for assigned industry channelsWorking with Hot Topic, service, industry, and segment marketing teams to support integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on measured engagement in support of business plans for assigned campaignsDesign and activate targeted user journeys and increase engagement through Marketing Automation using Salesforce Marketing CloudExperiences and skills you’ll use to solveExtensive experience in creating web content, working in digital-focused roles, online marketing, other Web technologies and understanding of web production processes relevant to a b2b environmentDirect experience and skills in online marketing including email marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or CRM tool administration and solid understanding of web production processesExperience with content management systems. (Adobe AEM a plus) and proficient with MS Office products and Google suite of applicationsExperience in project management or at minimum, experience working with project manager(s) and a project management methodologyDirect experience with Web metrics programs such as Adobe AnalyticsAbility to work with diverse talents, personalities, and teams and to work within extremely tight deadlines and able to maintain a good sense of humor, tact, and professionalismKnowledge of Web related coding languages such as, xHTML, JavaScript, JQuery and HTML5 an assetExcellent communication and presentation skills along with written and spoken knowledge of the French language is an assetMinimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field with relevant experienceWhy you’ll love PwCWe’re inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
