We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator, to join the Consumer Marketing team to help drive growth.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the implementation, management, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns. They will lead community management for our social channels. In addition, the Coordinator will be responsible for supporting weekly & monthly program reporting, delivering insights and recommendations to help drive improved business performance and growth in visits to AutoTrader.ca. They will also assist with internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as other administrative activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a year of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign implementation or support, to join a small but mighty team of experienced specialists. There will be much opportunity to grow your digital skillset through both training and experience in the role and to understand the inner workings of a uniquely innovative and successful digital company.

Daily monitoring of digital campaign performance marketing (digital display, digital video, remarketing, social, app and SEM). In time, we would expect the Assistant to be able to propose appropriate strategic and tactical recommendations for actions based upon results.

Weekly and monthly reporting based on key KPIs across campaigns and channels.

Manage and monitor the community on our social channels. Identify appropriate responses and opportunities to grow brand presence.

Marketing administration including campaign budget management and invoice management

Education, Experience and
Technical skills
- Experience with digital consumer marketing programs (social media, paid search, display, digital video)
- Strong Relationship Management – proven ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with internal (frequent) and external (occasionally) stakeholders across the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data to inform future campaign design, understanding of KPIs and impacts on results
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (ideally highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced in setting up Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing-related discipline

Working Conditions (i.e. office environment, home, travel required (if so, indicate %)
- For the foreseeable future, all Trader staff are working from home, Once the conditions have improved substantially, there will be a choice between two office locations to work from – Downtown Toronto (Queen and Bay) or Etobicoke
