We are looking for someone passionate about Digital Marketing and love challenges. The digital marketing manager will be helping the growth team to drive demand for the company’s services.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute SEO strategies, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, Off-page SEO and local SEO optimization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research and discovery, continuously working towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Responsible for launching, monitoring, reporting, and optimizing paid advertisement on Google, Bing and social platforms
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against the company goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Execute new techniques, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI from the paid & SEO campaigns
- Run SEO & technical site audits and creates to-do lists/optimization opportunities for the front-end developer
- Optimize copy and landing pages for better performance on both organic and paid channels
- Plan, execute and measure experimental conversion rate optimization tactics
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Developing a backlink strategy and finding opportunities to partner with other content providers, vendors, and blogs to boost organic growth
- Develop email marketing strategies & oversee the execution
- Work with sales to develop and optimize email sequence and email automation campaigns to increase engagement from the existing prospects
- Work with the Head of Growth on PR & Branding strategies to create demand and increase brand awareness
- Assist content specialist with content marketing initiatives
- Identify and plan events & conference marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience & skills with 5+ years of experience
- At least 2+ years of experience with paid advertisement
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent understanding of sales funnels and optimization for acquisition (sales and lead generation)
- Proven experience driving leads, sales and use of metrics to achieve the strategies
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEMRush, Ahrefs and MOZ, knowledge of enterprise SEO is a bonus
- Strong communicator. You have the ability to communicate and work together cross-functionally to solve problems – a real team player
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical or detailed information effectively to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Hubspot is a bonus
- SaaS product marketing is a bonus
