Our ‘Client’ is the largest production equipment rental company in Canada, specializing in film and TV. They are growing fast and have doubled in the last 2 years, with plans to continue the growth

The opportunity:

The growing Marketing Team is looking for a digital savvy and action-oriented implementation guru to join them in the role of Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Digital teams to define target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and drive action
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes sales and marketing funnels.
  • Create, optimize, and continuously improve integrated digital campaigns and web experiences
  • Execute best-in-class implementation across digital platforms (SEM, SEO, display, mobile, video, paid social, website) to drive growth to meet and/or exceed pipeline growth targets.
  • Experiment with any web technologies and trends that could potentially drive positive impacts on lead generation.
  • Develop and own effective processes for launching, managing and measuring online campaigns.
  • Create effective testing and landing page optimization to lift conversion rates across the entire acquisition funnel.
  • Manage A/B tests on different creative, copy, audience segments, channels, and tactics.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns against corporate scorecard KPIs
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Establish new client satisfaction survey and baseline, including method for tracking net promoter score, in alignment with WFW’s 3-year strategic plan by April 30, 2021.
  • Support marketing team in roll out of new brand update expected for Q1 of 2022 (May 2021).
  • Lead planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for projected new market and service expansions.

Experience required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience within B2B sales organization
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot
  • Well versed with optimization software (Optimizely, Unbounce); marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo); and web analytics software (Google Analytics)
  • Advanced experience managing, optimizing and growing paid campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and search engine platforms
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and deep understanding of segmentation and articulation of target audiences.
  • Proven success in participating in digital marketing strategy creation and driving tactical demand generation initiatives
  • Digital marketing campaign management, direct hands on experience from strategy development and briefing to post-campaign analysis and presentation of results to senior leadership/executive board
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid media, and advertising campaigns
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT and the senior leadership team
