Learn more at rbcis.com.In this role, you will report to the Head, Marketing & Brand for RBC Investor Services and will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and developing and delivering best-in-class digital marketing campaigns.The successful candidate will be someone equally comfortable developing innovative strategies as they are at diving deep into the details to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This person will be adaptable, collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.*Please note this is a contract role.What will you do?

  • Research, plan, develop and implement cost-effective advertising & marketing campaigns
  • Manage and oversee the development of all related marketing artefacts including ads, social media content, web content and collateral (brochures, fact sheets, videos, etc.), ensuring alignment with Canadian marketing strategies
  • Drive and oversee projects aimed at enhancing our web presence
  • Lead project planning and execution of future state projects designed to promote best practices, improve operational efficiency, team systems and processes by leveraging workflow (Wrike) and marketing enablement (Seismic & Salesforce Marketing Cloud) tools and templates
  • Monitor and manage SEO and SEM activity across marketing channels

What do you need to succeed?Must Have

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing in the financial services industry
  • University degree, preferably focusing on marketing
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point required
  • Ability to think strategically, critically and connect sponsorship with business objective and brand strategy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of projects in parallel

Nice to Have

  • Financial services experience in a corporate and institutional environment is preferred but not required
  • Digital marketing and marketing automation experience, including familiarity with tools such as Semrush, Seismic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Working knowledge of French
