Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive online excellence for media planning, campaign activation, and CRM and contribute to the growth in Philips brand preference and market share, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
You are responsible for

Media planning and execution of Omni-channel activities – Paid media (Social, Programmatic, Affiliates) & Owned (CRM emails, Apps) supporting Personal Health Canada

Collaborating with the Canada marketing team in defining the media brief for campaigns, and ensuring targets are in line with overall business KPIs (i.e. revenue, brand preference and market share)

Briefing and coordinating with all external media agencies and/or Philips Media Activation Hub

Building CRM plans to grow the existing consumer base via product registrations and opt-in and scaling engagement within the existing consumer base

Owning the end to end execution of email/ app calendar deployment

Ensuring all media activation is in place and adjust campaigns/plans as needed

Partnering within the North America (NAM) Digital Center of Excellence (COE) to deploy new capabilities in media activation and CRM and/or enhance campaign planning through learnings

Leveraging data to support campaign optimization and continuous improvement (LEAN management) to drive ROI

Influencing future activation strategies by providing the marketing team with digital insights including but limited to campaign impact (visits, conversion, revenue), consumer and media channel insights.

Inputting and/or creating reporting and postmortems for all media activation outside the Activation Hub scope.
You are a part of
The North America (NAM) Digital Center of Excellence (COE) team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued, and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. You will report to the Digital Marketing & E-commerce Lead (Canada) and collaborate with Consumer Marketing Managers (Canada), various stakeholders within the North America (NAM) Digital Center of Excellence (COE) team, and external media partners/agencies.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

A Bachelor’s degree (Business-related degree preferred)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing management and/or digital marketing

Knowledge of digital principles and media channels

Experience with Adobe/Google Analytics

Evidence of strong project management skills
-
An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to set goals and motivate a multi-functional team to achieve results

Fluency in written/spoken English; fluency in a French language is an advantage
Canadian work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa. Relocation is not available for this opportunity.
