As part of the Marketing Shared Services team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, this Marketing Manager is self-motivated, highly energetic, results oriented and passionate.

What will your typical day look like?

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients and work with the Digital Marketing leader to plan and execute a full compleme:nt of digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness, growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation, market expansion, revenue opportunity generation and brand visibility.
  • Manage major digital marketing initiatives, which require collaboration with the broader Marketing and Sales Support team in areas such as public relations, events, CRM team and design.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, emerging technology, B2B marketing trends and social media platforms
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures and brand standards Collaborate/coordinate with appropriate resources, including marketers, regional managers, service area leaders and various shared services, to execute national marketing programs
  • Coordinate with development team to execute online marketing campaigns, testing/QA, through different platforms

Do you possess the following?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing/communications experience, preferably in a business to business marketing
  • Strategic thinker across digital marketing and busines-to-business marketing, with ability to develop marketing strategies across digital channels, with key focus on social media (organic/paid)
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web and social media) with ability to be strategic and tactical
  • Demonstrated experience in leading social media campaigns, organic and paid, from defining business objectives, through to planning & targeting, budget recommendation and management, campaign execution/management and performance
  • Strong understanding of social media landscape, all channels and audiences, emerging technology and trends, with experience in brand marketing, content marketing and lead generation
  • Knowledge of user experience design across web, mobile, with understanding of technical, analytics, privacy and accessibility
  • Experience working across agency functions, video production, public relations, design and internal communications
  • Adept at building relationships with senior executives and guiding digital strategy, combined with strong business acumen
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage timelines, expectations and execution
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, with experience in social media, email, or website copywriting
  • Ability to listen and absorb information quickly while sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
  • A solid work ethic, team player and comfortable liaising effectively with all levels of an organization

The following would be considered as strong asset:

  • Professional services marketing experience Bilingual (French and English)
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience with enterprise content management platforms, email marketing tools, social media tools
  • Familiar with digital analytics
  • Software experience: Eloqua, Adobe Cloud/Analytics, Sprinklr
