ABOUT YOU

You have experience developing world-class digital content and connecting to new audiences. You’re passionate about building on new ideas and creating the best result. You will be required to run social media platforms and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage followers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our brand across all platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead integrated digital marketing initiatives by brainstorming, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that promote TribalScale’s products and services..
• Develop our brand voice for each social media platform
• Execute social, video, podcast and other digital marketing tactics to grow our media presence.
• Work in collaboration with the Sales team, and third party vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
• Manage our Podcast
• Measure, report, and assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPI goals.
• Participate in daily standups and weekly marketing meetings, and provide regular updates on ongoing work.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives for press, website, conferences, etc. as needed.
• Manage the marketing surrounding in person and virtual events
• Planning and preparing episode topics and interview questions for our First Name Basis podcast. Hosting and recording the episodes with a co-host or guest. Writing brief show notes for each episodes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of previous experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience with video content marketing, social media strategy and podcast coordination.
• Ability to drive traffic and identify target audience.
• Excellent grasp of social media, website metrics, and best practices.
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Highly creative with experience formulating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate an audience.
• Understanding of graphic design principles
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects, while managing competing deadlines.
• Strongly organized and detail-oriented-excellent attention to detail is a must!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to the Tribe; we’re a close-knit team!
