This individual will work closely with A&R, Production, Streaming Dept, and Marketing teams to ensure all WMG products are available upon release date. This individual must have a strong working knowledge of all digital music services, specifically, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube.Here you’ll be able to:Provide timely and accurate scheduling for WMG owned and distributed digital (audio & video)Manage timed release set-upsManage product take downs related to Lost RightsEnsure successful delivery for priority releases with each digital account using (Digital Pick Pack and Ship, iTunes Connect, Spotify SCATMAN, Deezer, YouTube Content Manager, and Bytedance – TikTok backends)Confirmations on all product deliveries for Domestic and P&D productTroubleshoot any content delivery issuesLiaise with WEA Labels and Operations teams for up-to-date scheduling infoProvide support to Account Managers, A&R, & Marketing teams on release enquiries or delivery issuesSet up and input all Domestic and 3rd party domestic digital releases into our Internal Distribution System for proper reporting and revenue.Work with our Streaming and A&R team for product scheduling and pricing (Canada and/or specific territories) based on Product distribution rightsAdding Video GRIDs creations into our internal CMS system for proper recordingPull Weekly Reports for the Streaming, Operations, and Marketing team on releases upcomingSubmit Apple campaigns for Tracks and Album sales on the iTunes Store.Ensuring that all digital release setups are being mapped out to the right Artist Pages at DSPs.Adding additional sound clips in MediaMatch backend (TikTok) if needed.It would be music to our ears if you had:2+ years’ experience in an operations role preferred.Post-secondary education in similar field of interestExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.High attention to detailAbility to handle a flexible changing environmentExcellent time management skillsMandatory 4 day a week in officeWhy join us?Warner Music Group is all about our people.
