Job Description: Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic Digital and Technology Teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building scalable machine learning (ML) infrastructures, developing efficient data pipelines, and establishing robust deployment frameworks. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our enterprise capabilities and will be essential in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML infrastructures that support various business needs.

• Data Pipeline Creation: Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure the smooth flow of data from various sources to ML models and applications.

• Deployment Frameworks: Establish and refine deployment frameworks that ensure seamless integration of ML models into production environments.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Analytics, to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, to align on project goals and communicate progress effectively.

• Best Practices: Advocate for and implement best practices in data management, ML model deployment, and lifecycle management.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building scalable ML infrastructures and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of ML frameworks and technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
