Job Title: Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to join our Digital & Technology Teams. In this role, you will be pivotal in establishing scalable machine learning infrastructures, developing data pipelines, and creating robust deployment frameworks that facilitate the seamless integration of machine learning models into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Enterprise stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Design and implement scalable ML infrastructures that support diverse machine learning applications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and model training workflows.
• Develop and optimize robust deployment frameworks for machine learning models, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.
• Work closely with senior leadership and partners to align ML strategies with business goals and technical capabilities.
• Monitor and improve the performance of ML systems, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in machine learning infrastructure development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline architectures and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative work ethic, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and processing tools.
