Job Description: Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic Digital & Technology Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing scalable machine learning infrastructures, creating efficient data pipelines, and developing robust deployment frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and dedicated Enterprise stakeholders comprising senior leadership and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Development: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructures that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Data Pipeline Management: Create and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility for machine learning applications.
• Deployment Frameworks: Develop and maintain comprehensive deployment frameworks that facilitate the effective deployment of machine learning models into production.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, data requirements, and timelines. Engage regularly with Product and Marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior leadership and enterprise partners, providing updates on project progress and technical insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and data pipeline technologies, and implement best practices to enhance infrastructure performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing scalable machine learning infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline frameworks and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
