Job Description: Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to join our Digital & Technology Teams. This role will be pivotal in establishing scalable machine learning infrastructures, developing efficient data pipelines, and creating robust deployment frameworks that support our innovative projects. You will collaborate closely with various teams and enterprise stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity as we drive forward our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Development: Design and implement scalable ML infrastructures that can support the growing demands of our projects.
• Data Pipeline Creation: Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integrity, enabling advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.
• Robust Deployment Frameworks: Create and maintain scalable deployment frameworks to facilitate the continuous integration and delivery of ML models.
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, ensuring that ML initiatives align with broader business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with various stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities related to ML projects.
• Best Practices: Advocate for and implement best practices in machine learning modeling, data governance, and model deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building ML infrastructures and data pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
