This role will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance across all sales and marketing processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to strategize and execute initiatives that enhance performance and achieve business goals.
• Oversee the Direct Sales Quality Assurance program, ensuring that all sales activities meet established standards and regulations.
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of all sales and marketing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Keep marketing projects within budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing return on investment.
• Analyze performance metrics and achievements regularly, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Foster a culture of quality assurance within the Sales and Marketing teams, promoting training and best practices to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a focus on quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management and budget management.
