Position Overview:

FairSquare is seeking a dynamic and innovative Growth Marketing Leader to shape and spearhead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that integrates direct mail, paid media, digital marketing, and cross-channel campaigns. Your vision will guide the launch, optimization, and scaling of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for FairSquare’s growth marketing channels, with a strong focus on direct mail, paid media, and digital marketing.

• Integrated Campaigns: Lead the design and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience.

• Digital Marketing: Launch, optimize, and scale digital marketing initiatives across various platforms to maximize reach and conversion rates.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

• Cross-Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and cohesive branding across all channels.

• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative marketing practices and drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on integrated campaigns and digital marketing channels.
