We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to shape and guide FairSquare’s growth marketing channels. In this pivotal role, you will focus on leveraging direct mail, paid media, digital strategies, and cross-channel campaigns to drive our growth initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across direct mail, paid media, and digital channels, ensuring a cohesive approach that aligns with FairSquare’s overall business objectives.

• Integrated Campaigns: Take charge of designing and implementing fully integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, fostering engagement and driving conversions.

• Digital Marketing Excellence: Launch, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, providing actionable insights and reports to continuously improve advertising effectiveness and ROI.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product, to develop compelling marketing narratives that align with our brand vision.

• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
