Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing channels? FairSquare is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Lead to shape and spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on direct mail, paid media, digital initiatives, and cross-channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Leadership: Lead the development and execution of FairSquare’s growth marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on direct mail, paid media, and digital platforms.

• Integrated Campaign Management: Take ownership of fully integrated marketing campaigns that leverage all aspects of our marketing mix, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand alignment.

• Campaign Launch and Optimization: Launch, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to maximize reach and ROI.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics to assess campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to refine tactics and improve outcomes continually.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure FairSquare remains at the forefront of effective marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
