Job description: Job Summary:

The Director – Marketing Operations will play a pivotal role in executing and managing key marketing operations activities as well as the business processes and metrics of the MarTech stack deployed applications and tools. This includes leveraging best practice approaches to develop end to end processes, templates, metrics, measures supporting all go to market, demand generation and advertising initiatives.

This key role reports into Chief Marketing Officer and and will work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Content and Social Strategy, Sales and cross functional teams to execute on tactics to measure and deliver on business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team responsible for developing and executing online marketing initiatives to drive revenue and profitability, acquire new customers, strengthen retention rates and grow customer lifetime value, all while improving the overall customer experience through our digital channels.

Manage the redesign and growth of the Canadian B2B digital presence by implementing digital marketing strategies to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives across the business to include various digital channels such as website, email, online ads, SEM/SEO (search marketing), video, Social and Mobile.

Ensure the integration of Equifax Canada’s Marketing Automation tools (Pardot/Salesforce) to our digital marketing tactics to gain insights on the modern B2B buyer.

Partner with Content, Product and Communications Managers, other business units, and content owners to identify opportunities and implement solutions that drive usage, streamline processes, and facilitate communications, ultimately developing goals and strategies for the future content growth.

Review and analyze feedback and site metrics, campaign performance, third party supplier/partner management on a monthly basis, taking action where appropriate to drive usage/engagement (ROI), enhance content, and operational effectiveness

Qualifications :

4-6+ years of business experience, optimally with a mix of consulting and corporate experience in Marketing and/or Strategy;Undergraduate degree required and 3+ years Marketing Operations leadership position

Experience, implementing and delivering marketing operations strategies & initiatives and tracking and influencing growth initiative and marketing metrics

Experience leading and executing strategic and/or marketing projects while working across multiple stakeholder groups

Experience supporting the development and coordination of Marketing campaigns, materials and activities etc. and experience in measuring and reporting on marketing investments in a B2B environment.

Solid understanding of solution needs and influencing product, sales and other stakeholders
