Job description: Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We are hiring a Director, Next Best Action Strategy role. In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Next Best Action, Strategy and will play a leadership role in defining both the long-term roadmap and immediate term deliverables to bring RBC’s hyper personalization vision to life. This role will require strong teambuilding couple with an ability to collaborate exceptionally effectively with RBC enterprise partners to ensure strong alignment amongst cross-platform objectives. Job Summary: Director, Next Best Action Strategy

Opportunity:
RBC is seeking a Director for their Next Best Action (NBA) Strategy. This leadership position, reporting to the Senior Director, will focus on shaping the long-term vision and immediate goals for RBC’s hyper-personalization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with NBA senior management and functional partners to define and execute the NBA roadmap.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to assist in leadership decision-making and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Ensure the NBA Transformational program is on track by managing governance routines such as Transformation Board meetings and quarterly objectives.

Qualifications:

• Must Have:

  • 5-10+ years in strategy or consulting roles.
