Job Description: Scalable ISO Growth Plan Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to spearhead our scalable ISO growth plan. This role will focus on developing a robust outreach strategy, executing co-branded marketing campaigns, and implementing joint training initiatives to enhance partnerships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute a scalable growth plan that leverages existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities for expansion in the ISO sector.

• Outreach Strategy: Create and implement an outreach strategy that effectively engages potential partners, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.

• Co-branded Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to design and launch co-branded marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences and drive brand visibility.

• Joint Training Initiatives: Develop and conduct training programs in collaboration with partners to enhance mutual understanding of products and services, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Enablement Tools and Content Creation: Partner with product and marketing teams to produce partner-facing enablement tools, presentations, and marketing content tailored to partner needs and market dynamics.

• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of outreach strategies, marketing campaigns, and training initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and insights to guide future strategies and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in partnership development, marketing, or sales.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with co-branding and joint marketing strategies is a plus.
