Job description: The job involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including developing and implementing marketing plans to drive business growth, managing security and safety programs to ensure the well-being of guests and employees, and overseeing personnel to ensure efficient and effective operation of the hotel. Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is required, as well as the ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
