Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the revenue management team to analyze market trends and devise sales strategies that capitalize on opportunities.
• Set and negotiate competitive rates for corporate and preferred client accounts, ensuring alignment with overall revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract target customers.
• Monitor sales performance and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
