In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies as defined by the Lottery. You will supervise, train, and guide the inside sales team, ensuring that each member is equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Your leadership will help drive sales performance and enhance customer engagement, making our games more accessible and enjoyable for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and analyze sales and marketing strategies laid out by the Lottery to maximize outreach and revenue.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the inside sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing workforce.

• Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine retail and digital solutions that elevate the customer experience.

• Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and team performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed goals.

• Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring our products resonate with our audiences.
